your life? how often have you seen the need for healing in the lives of those around you? have you
ever wished that healing could come to the entire world? beginning on november, 13, we here at the
mat will join forces with others all over the world to begin to make our desire for personal and
global healing into a reality. the himalayan institute in honesdale, pa will be leading a year-long
group meditation that starts 11.11.11. the mat will hold weekly meditation sessions to support this
effort. whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, you can experience
personal healing and also the satisfaction of being part of a global community united in love.
